F. Gardner Jackson Jr., CFA

Gardner joined Howland Capital in 2005, after working for State Street Global Advisors and State Street Research & Management as Senior Vice President and co-founder of their Sports Group. Gardner earned an A.B. from Harvard College, an MBA from Harvard Business School and has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst ^® designation.

At Howland Capital, Gardner focuses on investment management for high net worth individuals and professionals of all types, including athletes. He is also a member of the CFA Society Boston.

In his personal time, Gardner serves on the board of Vincent Memorial Hospital, where he was the past Board Chairman. He enjoys walking to work from his home in the Back Bay and family sailing on the Cape. He is married, has three sons and is a United States Navy veteran.
