Daniella joined Howland Capital in 2007, bringing her expertise and passion for growth to the team. As a pivotal figure in the firm, she leads the enhancement and execution of financial strategies, streamlines operations, and manages technology, human resources, and compliance. Daniella is instrumental in shaping the firm’s growth trajectory, ensuring a dynamic and forward-thinking approach.

Before her impactful role at Howland Capital, Daniella honed her skills in the title and mortgage industry. She holds a BSBA in Management from Suffolk University and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Suffolk University.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Daniella enjoys an active lifestyle. Whether cheering on her two boys at the hockey rink or soccer field, exploring new destinations, or fitting in a workout, she embraces life with enthusiasm and energy.
