Calah McQuarters joined Howland Capital in 2026. In her role as the Foundation Services Administrator, she supports the Foundation Services team with day-to-day operations and assists charitable foundation clients’ with their philanthropic needs, including grant-making, governance, and engagement. Calah most recently worked as an Artificial Intelligence consultant with the City of Boston’s Planning Department.
Calah graduated from Howard University with a Bachelors of Arts in both African American History and Political Science. She subsequently earned a Master of Public Policy and a Master in Business Administration from Brandeis University’s Heller School for Social Policy and Management.
In her free time, Calah enjoys music, watching the latest true crime documentary, and trying new cooking recipes.
