The 2026 process began with data relating to more than 41,578 registered investment advisers and considered factors including assets under management, years in business, and regulatory or compliance history. The pool was narrowed to firms that completed detailed surveys before the final list was determined through a proprietary methodology. This ranking should not be interpreted as a measure of investment performance, the quality of advice provided, or any individual client experience.
