Welcome Richard Kutia

We are delighted to formally introduce Richard Kutia as the newest member of the Howland Capital team, where he will serve as our Chief Fiduciary Officer. Richard brings a wealth of estate planning and trust expertise and a steadfast commitment to excellence.

In his role, Richard will oversee the management of our firm’s trusts and estates, as well as develop estate planning strategies designed to meet our clients’ unique needs and circumstances. His background as an attorney specializing in estate planning, trust administration, and estate tax planning provides him with the knowledge and insight necessary to navigate the complex legal and tax environment surrounding estate tax law and trust administration. In particular, he will work closely with Howland partners who serve as individual trustees.

Richard is an accomplished alumnus of the University of Connecticut, with further credentials, including a Juris Doctor from New England Law Boston and a Master of Laws from Boston University.

Beyond his professional accolades, Richard is actively engaged in his community. He resides in Roslindale with his wife and two children and volunteers regularly at Holy Name Parish School. In his spare time, Richard enjoys cooking and golfing.

We are excited to have Richard join an expanding team here at Howland Capital and are confident that he will enhance our capacity to serve our clients.

Please join us in extending a warm welcome to Richard!
